Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager/ HR Head to lead our human resources operations and play a key role in shaping the people strategy of the organization. This position requires a professional who not only manages core HR functions but also serves as a business advisor to leadership, contributing to planning and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a high-performance culture and will design and deliver corporate training programs to foster continuous learning and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

● Lead the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

● Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and meet talent demands.

● Strengthen the company’s employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing strategies.

Employee Engagement & Relations

● Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

● Address and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.

● Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement actionable improvement plans.

Performance Management & Development

● Oversee the performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.

● Guide managers in developing high-performing teams and managing underperformance.

● Develop and implement career development plans and succession planning strategies.

Learning & Development (L&D)

● Identify training needs across departments and develop corporate training programs accordingly.

● Coordinate internal and external training workshops, seminars, and learning platforms.

● Promote a culture of continuous learning aligned with business goals.

HR Strategy & Business Advisory

● Work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and advise on organizational planning.

● Provide insights on workforce trends, organizational development, and people-related KPIs.

● Contribute to change management initiatives and support strategic transformation efforts.

Compliance & HR Operations

● Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

● Regularly update and communicate HR policies and procedures.

● Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Compensation & Benefits

● Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.

● Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans.

● Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain market competitiveness.

HR Analytics & Reporting

● Track and report on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, time-to-fill, and employee satisfaction.

● Provide data-driven insights and regular reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial HR role.

● Proven experience in advising business leaders on strategic HR matters.

● Strong background in corporate training and employee development programs.

● In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

● Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

● Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,580.74 - ₹70,000.00 per month
