Position Overview

The Human Capital Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all human resource functions across the organization. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ensuring that HR initiatives align with business goals, foster a culture of sustainability and innovation, and attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Leadership

-Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with the company’s mission, values,

and growth objectives.

-Partner with the leadership team to forecast talent needs and design scalable HR

systems.

-Champion a strong organizational culture centred around sustainability, collaboration,

and accountability.

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

-Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract purpose-driven talent across all levels.

-Build a compelling employer brand highlighting our impact and sustainability mission.

-Implement fair, inclusive, and efficient hiring processes.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

-Design and execute engagement initiatives that reinforce the company’s mission and

values.

-Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment that motivates and inspires

employees.

-Organize team-building, wellness, and recognition programs.

4. Performance Management & Development

-Develop and oversee performance management systems that drive growth and

accountability.

-Identify training needs and implement development programs for employees and

managers.

-Support career pathing and succession planning.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

-Oversee compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitiveness and

fairness.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

-Manage HR budgets and ensure effective resource utilization.

6. HR Operations & Systems

-Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

-Introduce and manage HR technology solutions to streamline processes.

-Develop HR policies, handbooks, and procedures aligned with best practices.

Who we are looking for:

-You are a driven individual and have outstanding communication skills – both verbal

and written, in at least 2 languages, Hindi and English (the more the better).

-You have 6-8 years of experience, some of which must include a manufacturing

environment, and at least 2 years in a leadership role.

-You have worked in a rapidly growing start up – and love the energy of this

environment. You are equally comfortable with the demands and growth orientation

of such an organization.
