HR Lead - Oman (based in Dubai)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Lead with strong knowledge of Oman’s labor laws and HR practices to oversee all human resources functions within our Oman operations. The role requires expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, organizational development, and compliance with local regulations. The HR Lead will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and play a key role in driving employee engagement, performance, and retention.


Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Act as a business partner to leadership, providing guidance on HR-related matters.

Talent Management & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for Oman operations.
  • Build talent pipelines and support nationalization initiatives in line with Omani regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and organizational culture development.

Performance Management & Development

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to support employee growth and accountability.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant learning programs.

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with Oman labor law, social insurance requirements, and statutory obligations.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and procedures tailored to Oman operations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree).
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience , with at least 3–5 years in Oman .
  • Strong knowledge of Oman Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to regional HR strategy.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
