Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning for multiple business units.
- Oversee performance management, training, and employee development programs.
- Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward programs across the group.
- Partner with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Lead HR audits, manpower budgeting, and organizational restructuring when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience managing HR functions for multiple business units or group companies.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in [Country].
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
