HR Manager (F&B) industry

Doha, Qatar

This role covers recruitment, onboarding, systems, compliance, training, and everything in between. You’ll be supporting the leadership team through full ownership of HR day to day work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading all HR operations and ensuring full compliance from day one
  • Managing headcount and labour budgets
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and induction
  • Driving engagement, welfare, and staff culture
  • Supporting managers with ER, performance reviews and development plans
  • Implementing HR systems and rolling out tech across the business.

What they’re looking for:

  • A confident, proactive HR operator – ideally with 5 years of experience
  • In-depth knowledge of QATAR LABOUR LAW and hospitality HR
  • Someone who’s worked closely with operational teams and knows how to balance compliance with culture
  • Experience managing a team and leading through change
  • A strong working knowledge with Qatar Market.

Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
* Preference for candidates with experience in the food and beverage industry.
* Good command of English.
