HR Manager

About Us

CALLSTONES is a growing BPO company that provides a wide range of services including Limousine Dispatching, Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, and IT solutions to clients in the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage both Human Resources and Accounting responsibilities to support our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities
HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage payroll, leaves, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and handle employee relations.
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or Accounting (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager (preferably in BPO/IT sector).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll systems, and HR management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
