We are an established distributor for various materials which are used in facades industry with 20 years of experience . We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and streamline our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Work with management to support workforce planning and performance reviews.
  • Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience 2-3yrs in HR management or related HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance systems, and HR software.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹17,366.67 - ₹25,000.00 per month
