WE'RE HIRING!

As an HR Business Partner, you'll serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for our operations in Oregon. You’ll collaborate closely with plant leadership to drive performance, support workforce planning, HR programs, compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture across shift-based environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR programs and practices with business goals.
  • Oversee employee relations across all shifts, including performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts with a focus on production and skilled trade roles.
  • Ensure HR compliance with labor regulations, safety requirements (OSHA), and union considerations as applicable.
  • Contribute to training programs, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain a strong, approachable presence on the plant floor to build relationships and trust.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in employee relations and conflict management.
  • Familiarity with HR technology (HRIS, ATS) and data reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively at all levels—from plant staff to executives.
  • Bonus: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP).

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
