  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the agency’s goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of internal staff.
  • Administer employee performance review systems and career development plans.
  • Ensure legal compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and leave management (in coordination with finance).
  • Support account managers in vetting, onboarding, and compliance of external candidates.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of client HR needs and ensure placements meet expectations.
  • Provide HR consulting to clients as needed (policy creation, compliance guidance, etc.).
  • Manage HR documentation and systems for both internal and placed staff (if applicable).
  • Looking after the Payroll system and run the Salary
