HR Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Manager with at least 1 year of HR experience to oversee and manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate will contribute to building a positive workplace culture and align HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Support payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Assist management in workforce planning and HR strategy.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role (generalist/HR executive/HR operations).
  • Good knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
