Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for creative, technical, and business roles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build a strong employer brand to attract digital and creative professionals.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage employee records, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Draft and update HR policies to match organizational needs.
Performance & Employee Engagement
- Implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR-based evaluations).
- Plan employee engagement activities tailored to a creative/digital agency culture.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize upskilling sessions (technical, soft skills, leadership).
- Support career development and internal mobility.
Strategic HR
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Provide insights on HR metrics to support business decisions.
- Contribute to building a high-performance, people-first culture.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- HR Manager: 1 year (Required)
- Talent acquisition: 2 years (Required)
- HRIS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Digital marketing industry: 1 year (Preferred)
