HR Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a positive workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.

2. Onboarding & Training

  • Design and implement orientation programs for new employees.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary procedures.
  • Organize engagement activities to boost morale and retention.

4. Performance Management

  • Develop and monitor appraisal systems and performance review processes.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.

5. Payroll, Benefits & Compliance

  • Oversee payroll management, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Administer employee benefits and ensure statutory compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

6. HR Strategy & Policy Development

  • Formulate HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide HR insights and reports to support management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
