We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to join our team at Desh Bhagat University, Mandi Gobindgarh and lead initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement activities
• Oversee performance management and learning initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards
• Lead and manage the HR team to drive efficiency and collaboration

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Experience in handling and mentoring teams
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
