HR Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, statutory compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor welfare fund, gratuity, etc.).
• Oversee employee engagement, training, and development programs.
• Handle performance management, appraisals, and retention strategies.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a healthy work environment.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HRMS, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters
