HR Manager

Responsibilities

• Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources (MBA)
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years of proven HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll, and training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle conflict resolution and grievance management effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR softwares.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,469.00 - ₹40,469.00 per month
