HR Manager

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for optical and dental divisions.
• Handle employee grievances, resolve conflicts, and ensure a positive work culture.
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate with department heads for appraisals.
• Implement staff training and development programs.
• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and documentation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to boost motivation and retention.
• Plan recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
• Work closely with management to align HR strategy with business goals.
• Provide regular reports and HR metrics to leadership.
