HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead the human resources function, develop HR strategies, and ensure effective people management across Rainbow International School. The role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and compliance.

### **Key Responsibilities***

Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across academic and non-academic roles.* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.* Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, training, performance appraisals, promotions, and exits.* Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.* Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and foster a positive workplace culture.* Drive employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and professional development plans.* Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain statutory compliance.* Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
