HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The role involves recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee engagement, ensuring HR strategies align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and systems.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labor laws, etc.).
• Oversee payroll, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Drive training, development, and employee engagement activities.
• Support performance management and career growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MBA in HR / Master’s in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 6–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil (Hindi preferred).
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
