1. Purpose:

To oversee HR & Admin operations at JTSM Retail Private Limited’s Head Office and support our store network. The role requires a strong blend of strategic HR planning and hands-on operational expertise to manage recruitment, compliance, performance, employee engagement and office administration in a fast-paced retail environment.

2. Key Responsibilities:

A. Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (office staff, retail staff, bulk hiring).
  • Oversee employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, POSH, etc.).
  • Drive performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Implement HR policies, SOPs, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and analytics dashboards.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

B. Administration:

  • Oversee office administration (facilities, housekeeping, security, vendor management).
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, assets, and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel, transport, and logistics arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain proper functioning of office infrastructure and IT coordination.
  • Support compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and renewals with external vendors/service providers.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and workshops.

Knowledge Criteria

Education - 6 to 8 years – HR or equivalent

Experience - 6 to 8 years in retail

Technical Skills - HRMS System, Payroll processing, LMS, Gratuity, Bonus, PF, ESIC, LWF, Job Portal

IT Skills - MS Office, Data Analytics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
