Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing:
  • Accurately calculate employee wages, deductions, and taxes.
  • Process payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, and salary updates.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries through direct deposit or other methods.
  • Compliance and Regulations:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and file payroll-related tax returns and reports.
  • Record Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee information, time records, and payroll transactions.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of payroll data.
  • Benefits Administration:
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees with payroll-related questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
  • Other Duties:
  • Prepare payroll reports and analyze payroll data.
  • Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Participate in HR projects related to payroll and compensation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
