HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across departments
  • Lead campus recruitment initiatives and build strong academic partnerships
  • Develop sourcing strategies and manage vendor relationships

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Design, update, and implement HR policies aligned with business goals
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and statutory requirements
  • Maintain accurate documentation and HR records

Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing and coordinate with finance
  • Manage salary structures, benefits, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.)

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs
  • Conduct feedback sessions, surveys, and retention strategies
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–8 years of HR experience with proven stability (minimum 3 years per company)
  • Strong expertise in recruitment, campus hiring, HR policies, compliance, payroll, and engagement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,204.87 - ₹59,442.42 per month
