We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy, culture, and growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention.
• Design and execute employee engagement, training, and performance evaluation programs.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records, payroll coordination, and attendance systems.
• Build and nurture a positive workplace culture that fosters innovation and teamwork.
• Collaborate with management to plan manpower and organizational growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (3–6 years) as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in EdTech / Robotics / Technology companies will be an added advantage.
