  • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
  • Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and organize training programs to enhance employee growth.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • HR Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.
  • HR Records & Reporting: Maintain HR data, prepare reports, and analyze workforce trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,225.82 - ₹50,734.45 per month
