We specialize in hospital staffing, government project workforce management, and NGO sector hiring, ensuring high-quality healthcare and social services across various domains.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our hospital recruitment efforts, drive government and NGO project staffing, and ensure compliance with HR regulations and policies.

Job Description:

The HR Manager will be responsible for recruitment, workforce planning, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management, with a primary focus on hospital staff hiring, followed by government projects and NGO sector hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hospital Staff Recruitment & Workforce Planning:

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for hospital staff, including:

Doctors (MBBS, MD, MS, Specialists)

Nurses (BSc, GNM, ANM)

Technicians (Lab, Radiology, OT, ICU, Pharmacy, Dialysis, etc.)

Administrative Staff (HR, Billing, Front Desk, Operations, IT, Finance, Marketing)

Support Staff (Housekeeping, Security, Maintenance, Ward Boys, Ambulance Drivers, etc.)

Identify workforce gaps and ensure optimal staffing levels in hospitals.

Collaborate with hospital management to forecast manpower needs and align hiring processes.

2. Government Project & NGO Sector Hiring:

Manage recruitment for government healthcare projects, infrastructure development, and social welfare initiatives.

Hire staff for NGO operations, including community healthcare workers, field officers, counselors, and administrative teams.

Build partnerships with government bodies and NGOs to source and manage skilled professionals for various projects.

3. Compliance & HR Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation requirements, and government project regulations.

Handle statutory HR processes, including payroll, PF, ESI, gratuity, and leave policies.

Develop and update HR policies, employee contracts, and grievance redressal mechanisms.

4. Employee Engagement & Training:

Design and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.

Conduct training & development programs for hospital and project staff.

Foster a positive work culture, ensuring employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity.

5. Performance Management & Leadership Development:

Establish a robust performance appraisal system for hospital and project staff.

Define clear KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for different job roles.

Provide leadership coaching and career development opportunities for employees.

6. HR Operations & Technology Integration:

Implemented and managed HRMS (Human Resource Management System) software for smooth HR operations.

Streamline HR documentation, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.

Use data-driven decision-making to improve hiring and workforce allocation.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in hospital staffing, government projects, and NGO workforce hiring.

Strong knowledge of healthcare industry recruitment standards, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Expertise in multi-sector workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll management, and training programs.

Ability to handle high-pressure environments and large-scale hiring projects.
