Key Responsibilities:
- Manpower Planning & Costing: Forecast and plan manpower requirements; prepare manpower budgets and costing.
- Recruitment & On boarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, induction, and orientation of employees.
- Performance Management: Implement scientific appraisal programs; support performance reviews and career development plans.
- Training & Development: Identify employee training needs; coordinate learning and development programs.
- Employee Engagement & Surveys: Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans.
- Payroll & Compliance:
- Prepare payroll, salary statements, salary slips, and Form 16.
- Handle overtime calculations, attendance, leave management, and biometric records.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.).
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain HR records and documentation; draft HR circulars, policies, and notices.
- Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare employee-related budgets; generate reports for management.
- HR Software Management: Operate and manage payroll/HR software effectively for smooth operations.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Core HR Management or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, statutory compliance, and payroll processes.
- Proficiency in HR/payroll software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee issues sensitively.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
