Pixoxiq Innovations Pvt Ltd is a product-based company manufacturing a wide range of consumer electronics including headsets, chargers, power banks, overhead headphones, TWS, soundbars, and more. We operate as both an OEM & ODM manufacturer, creating high-quality and innovative gadgets.
Role Overview :
We are looking for a multi-skilled HR & Production Supervisor who can manage both people and production. This role requires handling HR functions such as recruitment, attendance, compliance, and engagement while also supervising production staff, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining efficiency on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Responsibilities:
Recruitment & onboarding of staff (office + production).
Maintain attendance, leave, payroll coordination for production & office employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, PF/ESIC, EHS.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and welfare initiatives.
Organize employee training, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Production Supervision :
Supervise daily production operations on the shop floor.
Allocate tasks, manage shifts, and track staff productivity.
Ensure production targets and timelines are achieved.
Monitor product quality, workplace discipline, and safety standards.
Report production performance, manpower utilization, and downtime to management.
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and resource allocation.
Combined Responsibilities :
Act as the link between management and workforce (office + factory staff).
Maintain balance between HR policies and production realities.
Drive both employee satisfaction and production efficiency.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Production/Industrial Management.
Strong HR skills with knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
Experience (or proven ability) in supervising shop floor staff in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to manage both HR processes and production targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, or ERP systems (preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Soft Skills :
People-first, fair and approachable.
Hands-on leadership with problem-solving ability.
Ability to motivate production staff and ensure discipline.
Adaptable to handle both administrative and shop floor challenges.
