Location: Al Quoz, Dubai | Full-Time

SLGT is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee our human resources operations and drive people-focused strategies. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on HR expertise, and the ability to foster a high-performance culture within a dynamic logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
• Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Arabic & English
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and build a positive workplace culture
