ob Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between management and employees to promote a positive work culture and drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and issue offer letters.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain a positive work environment and resolve employee grievances.
- Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure fair handling of employee issues.
3. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure timely evaluations.
- Work with management to set KPIs and career development plans.
- Identify underperformers and develop improvement programs.
4. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps and design training programs accordingly.
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions.
- Track and report on training outcomes.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
- Update and implement HR policies as per company and legal standards.
6. Payroll & Compensation Management
- Coordinate payroll processing and verify salary disbursements.
- Ensure accuracy in deductions (TDS, PF, advances, etc.).
- Manage compensation benchmarking and increment cycles.
7. Strategy & Reporting
- Support management in manpower planning and budgeting.
- Generate HR dashboards and monthly reports.
- Contribute to the development of organizational culture and values.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
- 5–10 years of HR experience (including managerial level preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS / MS Office tools.
