  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Overseeing the hiring process for healthcare professionals, managing candidate sourcing, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Addressing staff concerns, mediating disputes, managing grievances, and fostering a positive and constructive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensuring the hospital adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, labor laws, and safety standards to avoid legal issues.
  • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and coordinating programs to keep staff updated on new medical technologies and practices, promoting continuous learning.
  • Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal systems, conducting reviews, and providing support to managers on staff development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Managing and administering employee benefits and compensation structures.
  • Policy Development: Creating, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Workforce Planning: Contributing to strategic planning to ensure the hospital has the right number and mix of staff to meet future demands.
  • Employee Well-being: Promoting staff wellness programs and focusing on creating a healthy, supportive work environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
