  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain high-quality talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  • Administer performance appraisal systems and support managers in addressing performance issues.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program; manage relationships with benefits providers.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to inform HR strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
