HR Manager

Faisalabad, Pakistan

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll management, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The HR Manager plays a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Supervise payroll, attendance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support career development planning.
  • Plan and organize training sessions and workshops for employee growth.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, performance, leaves, etc.).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement.
  • Support management in organizational planning and succession strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive (typically 1–2 years).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software (HRMS) and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
