HR Manager

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Fresher / Experienced (both can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain talent pipelines and assist in reference/background checks.
• Employee Relations:
• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts efficiently.
• Performance & Training:
• Support performance appraisals and training programs.
• Help identify skill development needs for employees.
• HR Administration & Compliance:
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Payroll Assistance:
• Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws is a plus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
