Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for store positions
• Conduct background verification and manage joining process
• Implement onboarding programs for new employees

Attendance & Performance Management

• Monitor daily attendance and maintain leave records
• Conduct performance reviews and prepare monthly reports
• Set performance goals and identify training needs

Employee Relations

• Handle employee grievances promptly and confidentially
• Foster positive work environment and maintain team morale
• Organize engagement initiatives and team meetings

Compliance & Administration

• Maintain employee records and personnel files
• Coordinate payroll processing and manage exit formalities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year HR experience
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
