Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to take charge of people strategy, employee lifecycle, and HR policies. The candidate will play a key role in building a positive and high-performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Design and manage performance appraisal and employee development frameworks.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
• Create and oversee training and learning programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, talent management, and employee relations.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,014.67 - ₹35,856.39 per month
