Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
- Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate training and development programs to promote continuous learning within the workforce.
- Handle conflict management issues and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design and strategic planning efforts.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote workplace safety initiatives.
- Manage payroll processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations efficiency.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, conflict management, negotiation skills, and talent management practices.
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, employee evaluation methods, and strategic planning processes.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on program management and change management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
