Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of employment and labor law, talent acquisition, and employee relations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with FMLA and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Lead performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to promote continuous learning within the workforce.
  • Handle conflict management issues and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on organization design and strategic planning efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and promote workplace safety initiatives.
  • Manage payroll processes while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operations efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related field with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, conflict management, negotiation skills, and talent management practices.
  • Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques, employee evaluation methods, and strategic planning processes.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paylocity preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on program management and change management capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
