Position: Human Resources Manager

Location: Suryakiran Complex, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Salary: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,56,000 per annum (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function across all company locations. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from job postings to onboarding.
• Maintain and manage accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Collaborate with the accounts team for timely payroll processing and salary disbursement. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, HR best practices, and internal company policies.
• Design and implement HR strategies in line with organizational goals.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and performance review cycles.
• Manage attendance and leave tracking systems.
• Support change management processes and staff training/development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of relevant HR experience in a mid-sized organization.
• Proficiency in HR software/tools and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR regulations.
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in English (required) Working knowledge of Hindi
