And yes, someone who truly resonates with what fitness and wellness represent.What You ll Own:This is a hands-on, full-spectrum HR role, reporting to the Director HR.Lead the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, engagement, growth, and retentionDrive employee communication, feedback loops, recognition, and wellness initiativesChampion a high-performance, inclusive workplace cultureCollaborate with leadership to align people strategies with business goals and embed our brand values in every stage of the employee experienceManage HR operations, systems, data and drive continuous improvement through data and employee insightsWhat We re Looking For:A proven track record as People Manager with 5 8 years of employee lifecycle experience, ideally in agile or high-growth environmentsPostgraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources, or a related fieldProfessional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent will be an asset
