Job description:
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans that support business objectives and promote organizational growth.
- Lead the creation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Utilize HR analytics and metrics to inform decision-making and improve workforce planning and performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive talent management strategies, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives and build a strong company culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while minimizing legal risks.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, HR analytics, and policy implementation.
- Experience in the hospital or hospitality industry is a strong plus, offering insight into the fast-paced, service-oriented nature of our environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- Coach and mentor HR team members, fostering leadership and professional development.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
