HR Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage employee engagement, training, and development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
