Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining kits.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Collect and verify employee documents (ID proofs, educational certificates, etc.).
  • Create and maintain employee personnel files (digital and physical).
  • Manage background verification processes.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

  • Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate with accounts or payroll teams for salary processing.
  • Track and manage employee attendance, late marks, and absences.
  • Handle queries related to salary, leave, and HR policies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
  • Support in performance appraisal and feedback collection.
  • Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain HR-related reports and databases (Excel / HR software).
  • Support statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle exit formalities including clearance, experience letters, and F&F settlement.
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA / BCom / BA / MBA in HR preferred).
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,205.89 - ₹23,819.81 per month
