HR Manager

• Handle the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to final selection.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads.
• Conduct preliminary HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and hiring tracker.
• Draft offer letters and manage onboarding documentation.
• Build relationships with placement agencies and consultants.
• Maintain recruitment reports and ensure positions are filled on time
