HR Manager

We’re Hiring: HR Manager – Gas Industry

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management within the energy, gas, or oil sector, with a passion for driving people strategy and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and UAE labour laws.
• Manage workforce planning, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Support management in building a positive and high-performing work culture.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is a plus
• Minimum 5–7 years of HR management experience, ideally in the gas, energy, or industrial sector.
• Minimum 3 years of HR Experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
