HR Manager
- 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role (startup experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software tools (Zoho People, Horilla, GreytHR, etc.).
- Ability to handle ambiguity and multitask in a fast-changing startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Operations
- Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes aligned with the company’s goals.
2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and build hiring plans.
- Build and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
3. Performance Management & Development
- Implement performance review systems and feedback mechanisms.
- Identify training and upskilling needs; coordinate learning and development programs.
- Promote a performance-driven and transparent work culture.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Foster open communication, inclusivity, and positive work culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor and conflict resolver for employees and managers.
5. Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Manage HRMS tools, policies, and data integrity.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit.
- Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
