HR Manager

  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR software tools (Zoho People, Horilla, GreytHR, etc.).
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and multitask in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experienced in working with growing startups
  • Experienced in formulating policies for new organizations

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy & Operations

  • Design and implement HR policies, frameworks, and processes aligned with the company’s goals.

2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs and build hiring plans.
  • Build and execute effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

3. Performance Management & Development

  • Implement performance review systems and feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training and upskilling needs; coordinate learning and development programs.
  • Promote a performance-driven and transparent work culture.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Foster open communication, inclusivity, and positive work culture.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and conflict resolver for employees and managers.

5. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records, payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Manage HRMS tools, policies, and data integrity.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit.
  • Develop and maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, and performance metrics.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
