HR Manager

Position

The HR Manager in Saudi role is responsible for aligning HR functions with business strategies, driving employee life cycle, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. This role involves developing and implementing HR policies and programs, talent management, employee relations, and related HR matters.

Job responsibilities

  • HR Strategy & Implementation:
    • Implement HR strategies, developing localized approaches to enhance HR functions.
    • Create and execute action plans addressing strategic needs, aligning operational requirements with HR functions.
    • Consolidate and implement HR processes at the country level.
    • Develop and manage operational metrics to assess HR effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Provide advice and support to managers on regulations and rules.
    • Conduct regular store visits to engage with employees and reinforce company culture
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
    • Oversee the talent acquisition process, partnering with managers to develop broad talent acquisition strategies.
    • Manage performance and development.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide personal counseling to employees to resolve employee relations issues.
    • Provide effective coaching, counseling, and disciplinary strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor law

Profile

  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience in, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Active listening and coaching skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to deliver excellence with agility
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software.
  • Fluency in arabic & english
