Talent Acquisition Manager

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

General Responsibilities

–Develop and implement the organization’s overall talent acquisition strategy in line with workforce planning and business goals.

–Build and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience.

–Partner with leadership and HR to forecast hiring needs and workforce trends.

–Oversee and maintain recruitment policies, processes, and tools to ensure consistency and compliance.

–Lead the implementation and optimization of recruitment systems (e.g., ATS, career portals).

Operational Responsibilities

–Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding).

–Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve KPIs and service quality.

–Partner with external agencies, executive search firms, and universities

–Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire).

–Drive talent pipeline programs (e.g., internships, graduate recruitment, talent pools).

Ideal Experience, Capabilities and Skills

„ Industry Experience

– Minimum 8–10 years in recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally within higher education, creative industries, or professional services.

–Proven exposure to regional and international talent markets.

–Experience designing and executing recruitment campaigns for diverse and specialized talent.


„ Management capabilities

–Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters.

–Strong project management and process-improvement skills.

–Budget management and vendor negotiation expertise.

„ Interpersonal skills

–Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities with senior executives.

–Strong communication and presentation skills (bilingual English/Arabic is a plus).

–High cultural awareness and adaptability to work with diverse teams.
