Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
  • Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of employees across multiple
  • projects.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
  • Support training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills of employees.
  • Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience as HR Manager/Lead in an IT services firm.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resourcing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
