Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with Project managers to allocate suitable resources to client projects based on skillsets, availability, and business priorities.
- Oversee workforce planning to ensure optimal utilization of employees across multiple
- projects.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, performance appraisals, and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
- Handle employee relations, conflict management, and grievance resolution.
- Support training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills of employees.
- Collaborate with management on compensation, benefits, and retention strategies.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience as HR Manager/Lead in an IT services firm.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and project-based resourcing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
