About Us:

Technova Tapes India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of specialized adhesive tapes serving diverse industrial applications. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector to lead and strengthen our Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and processes in line with industry best practices.
• Drive employee motivation, engagement, and skill development through structured training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, safety regulations, and statutory requirements (licenses, documentation, etc.).
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Maintain accurate records of employee data, training, and compliance documentation.
• Act as a key strategic partner to management, providing insights and initiatives to support business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven HR experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in developing HR systems, policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independently managing the HR function.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
