Job Opening: Part-Time HR Manager
Location: Howrah / Hooghly District (Preference near Howrah Station)
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel

We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time HR Manager to join our team at a reputed hotel. This position is ideal for retired professionals looking for a flexible role with a healthy work-life balance.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong expertise in:
• Labour Laws compliance and advisory
• PF (Provident Fund) management
• ESI (Employee State Insurance) procedures
• All statutory compliance including Shops & Establishment Act, Gratuity, Bonus, Leave Rules, etc.
• Hotel industry experience preferred
• Strong documentation, audit handling, and government liaisoning skills
• Ability to manage contractor compliances and maintain HR records

Job Type:

• Part-Time (Flexible working hours)
• 5 Days a week.

• Candidates residing in Howrah or Hooghly District
• Proximity to Howrah Station will be an added advantage
