The HR at our interior design studio plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of daily operations while nurturing a positive and organized work culture. This role involves handling end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement. The candidate will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the team feels supported and motivated. On the administrative side, responsibilities include overseeing studio operations, managing vendor and supplier coordination, maintaining project and material records, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all office supplies and logistics are efficiently managed. The role also involves assisting the design team with documentation, quotations, and coordination related to ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced, creative environment. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a professional yet approachable demeanor are essential to ensure seamless coordination between management, design teams, clients, and vendors while upholding the studio’s creative and professional standards.
