We’re looking for a Human Resources Executive who can manage people operations, recruitment, and company culture while supporting leadership in scaling the team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Handle HR documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and performance reviews.
• Support leadership in defining and maintaining company policies and employee handbooks.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage payroll coordination and ensure timely disbursements.
• Assist in performance management cycles and maintain transparent communication channels.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
• Act as a bridge between management and team members, addressing issues proactively and constructively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech or software agency).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Trello, HRM systems).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Positive, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
